By purchasing BEEYO products from our online Shop, you are accepting the following terms of purchase and conditions

Payment

Full payment is required before shipping. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express payment. If payment has not been received within 24 hours after purchase of the product(s) it will be cancelled.

Prices are charged in US dollars. For outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for duty and tariff fees per your country laws. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before you place an order to prevent any unexpected charges.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge applicable HST or GST to Canadian customers who buy BEEYO product (s). Taxes are paid according to the customers shipping address. Appropriate sales tax amount will be shown on the check out section of the online Shop.

Shipping /Delivery

We are pleased to offer Expedited shipping within Canada and Tracked packed for the United Stated via Canada Post. The product (s)will be shipped from BEEYO within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. No shipping occurs on weekend and holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed for shipping next business day. All orders will receive a tracking number once the product(s) is shipped and we will be email you.

* Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address.
* Please be advised for USA customers that even though it is rare, some orders may be held at the   border for customs clearance for extra days.
* For orders shipping to multiple addresses, shipping costs will apply per shipment address.
* Due to commercial shipping regulations, certain items considered hazardous materials (fragrance and essential oils products) must be shipped by ground transportation.
* If you are not available to receive your package, Canada Post will leave a notice receipt for you to pick up the package from your nearest Canada postal outlet. After failed attempts from Canada Post and the package is not claimed, Canada Post will return the package to BEEYO Ltd. The customer is then responsible for paying re-shipping of their package.

Shipping in Canada

  • Free Shipping for all Canadian orders over $100 CAD before taxes
  • All orders under $100 CAD we have a flat rate fee of $15 CAD

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Delivery time depends on your location in Canada, we ship from Ontario. For Vancouver Island and the Territories shipping will take longer than usual,generally shipping takes 1-10 business days.

Shipping to the USA

  • Free Shipping for USA in land orders over $130 USD
  • All orders under $130 USD we have a flat rate fee of $17 USD
  • Essential oils shipped outside of Canada must be shipped using UPS or FedEx ground transportation, shipping rate will cost $25 USD

*Alaska and Hawaii – Additional shipping charges may apply because of the distance from Ontario.
*Shipping fees do not include duties and customs charges, though sales tax will be exempt.
We use Canada Post to ship most of our product (s) to the USA, tracked Packed USA which takes 4 to 12 business days, depends on the customer location. We ship from Ontario. If you require extra fast shipping, additional fees will apply, please email us at info@beeyo.ca so that we can arrange it for you.

International Orders

At the moment, BEEYO’s online shop only ships within Canada and United States. For bulk orders, email us at info@beeyo.ca and we will arrange to assist you.

Placing an Order

To purchase a product, create an account with BEEYO on this website with username and password.

Select the product you would like to purchase from the “Shop”. When you have found the product you want to purchase, add the the “Add to Cart”. You can also add more than one item by selecting the “Quantity”. When you are finished and want to proceed checkout, select “Proceed to Checkout”. Enter your Shipping address and payment method. BEEYO will then send you an email confirmation of your order.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. The email will contain a link to track your shipment via Canada Post. If you have any issues or questions regarding tracking your order, please email us at info@beeyo.ca and we will be pleased to assist you tracking your package.

Order Cancellation

After an order has been accepted by BEEYO Ltd., processed and shipped, we do not accept order changes or cancellation. If you have any questions, please email us at info@beeyo.ca

Out of Stock Product

Sometimes there might be a time when we experience a product out of stock. If a product is not in stock at the time you placed your order, we will contact you via email as soon as we re-stock the product (s) so that you can re-order the product.

Returns

We take pride to give you a product that you are satisfied with by ensuring the product is followed the highest quality of care and we prepare fresh small batch for online orders.

* If you are not satisfied for any reason with BEEYO product (s), we will accept returns on some of our products within 14 days of the date the package arrived at your door.

* Some products like our 100% pure body oils and our essential oils cannot be returned due to the nature of the product as well as health and safety reasons.

* For those products that are returnable, it must be unopened and in it’s original packaging. You must provide a proof of purchase invoice and the reason for return. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. Then we will refund to you on the original method of payment.

* No refund or exchanges for sale items

Damaged Product

In the event that the product is damaged during transit. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will send you a new product. However, we will need a photo via email at info@beeyo.ca and proof of purchase or receipt. Please provide your order number when you email us. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.

Lost Package

Before reporting your package being missing, please check your order status by logging in to your account. If Canada Post attempted to deliver your order once, you may need to pick it up at your local Canada Post outlet. Please email us if you have any questions regarding your missing package at info@beeyo.ca
